The "Rental programs" are Waaay to Ambigous. Ya Never can get A straight answer about it either !! The "2 DAYS OVER DUE" CHARGE Amount is RIDICULOUS! It must hurt their buisness cause the rates arnt pocket-book friendly (charges get tact on out of nowhere). Thus Driving customers away & resulting in A direct loss of buisness. Many of Family Video's practices & policies are so financially (long term) Ludicrous- im really surprised their still in buisness. All that aside I would reccomend you visit. But remember, YOU WERE WARNED.
