Outstanding! Had a 2004 clutch replaced and expected a long list of "you also have to replace..." Brad Crabtree (manager) had the job done sooner than I expected, charged less than the Metro average for the job, and didn't even try to sell me some extras. My old CRV drives like silk. This is a great shop.
Everyone here is very helpful. I dropped my car off without an appointment and they had it ready in a couple hours. They even had to special order a part that they did not have in stock and still had it ready.
Great place! I was just there for the first time ever the other day. I went in for an oil change and the staff was super friendly, and they took my coupon I got for a cheap oil change without any issues. It looked like they had quite a bit going on, so I figured my oil change may take a while and asked for a rough estimate on when it would be ready. He said by the end of the day (6 for them), and I got a call at 5 which was definitely enough time for me to get there and get the car. Good experience, will be returning.
This place is great! They really live up to their name. Brad Crabtree is very helpful and patient. As a woman, I worry mechanics might take advantage and charge for unnecessary work. These guys shoot straight with me every time. They recently even quoted for work and then found out wasn't necessary. They could have charged me and I would never have known. But they didn't. That's why I keep coming back and send my mom and granddaughter to them!
I rarely write online reviews, but Brad and the team over at Honest-1 were truly outstanding. Professional, quick, affordable, clear with their communication, respectful, and responsible. I'll be returning and would recommend to anyone.
